Spooky places in Malaysia

1.) Genting Highlands Resort

This is a famous hilltop resort and casino, many people incurred gambling debts and commit suicide there. This the reason why the place became so spooky. According to one to the visitor from China, they are leaving the hotel lobby reporting seeing a man wearing a red shirt jumping from the rooftop. While the man falling down from the rooftop, out of sudden the man had disappeared be he hits the ground. There are certain rooms in the hotel are not available for rent no matter how full is the hotel was. Those who had seen the inside reported that it was filled with Chinese Ghost ward. They would subsequently fall sick for days afterwards.

2.) The urban legend of Karak Highway

Karak highway is situated under beneath of the Genting Highlands. This story started with a young parents with a child traveling back to hometown in the middle of the night during the festive season. This is because they did not want to stuck in the traffic jam and also avoid the heat of the sun when noon gets in the way. During the journey, the car gave a sudden jerk and making weird noises. The husband was surprised because he had check the car to ensure the safety of the family before he starts the journey. Soon, he had no choice but to stop at the side of the quiet highway. The husband went down from the car and check the car engine while his wife and the baby was waiting in the car. After a few minutes, he told his wife that nothing going wrong with engine. However, the car does not budge. Finally, the husband need to make a very difficult decision to either wait until another car pass by or walk to the nearest phone booth. Finally, he walked to the nearest phone booth with heavy heart. His wife watching her beloved walking to the nearest phone booth. After an hour passed, she getting more worried. In the end, he stretch her legs and walk out from the car. As soon as she walked out from the car, she realized something is staring at her from behind. As she turned around, she saw a bodiless head of her husband with his eyes and mouth wide open. Till today, no one has found the remains of his body.

3.) Haunted House at UKM, Bangi

A group of UKM students wanted to rent a house. So coincidence one of their friends found a double story house situated opposite their university. The house costs RM 500 which is really a good deal. We knew instantly that there was definitely something wrong with the house because no one rented the house for the past 4 years. This is because we all desperate for a place to stay and had no extra money so everyone had agreed to keep the curiosity low at all time. This few months nothing big really happened. But there are occasionally mysteriously the light switch on and off by itself. The creepiest experience happened to female housemate of mine. During the late at night, she was rushing her project. The deadline of the project is tomorrow. So she need burn the midnight oil. She was concentrating typing away at her computer. That time there is only computer in the house that situated in the living room and few feet away from the television and a video player. Suddenly, she realized the noises is coming from the video player and saw the video cassette inserting by itself. After that, she walked towards the video player and ejecting out the cassette out from the video player so that it won't interrupt her. A few minutes later, the cassette inserting again. This time she was annoyed and shouted to the ghost that she was busy rushing the project which need to submit by tomorrow. Immediately this time, the cassette inserting again into the video player and the television was turned on by itself with blaring loudly whatever that showing during that moment. She was freaked out and quickly left her work and ran back to her room.

50 tips for your health


  1. Eat more vegetable, fruits, yogurts, beans, fish and grains.
  2. Add garlic to your recipes.
  3. Eat less of cheese, nuts, oily foods and cream.
  4. Eat more brown rich which rich in carbohydrates.
  5. Do not take more than 1 1/4 teaspoons of salt or sugar per day.
  6. Eat less of toast bread.
  7. Follow your regular time meals such as breakfast, lunch, tea break,and dinner.
  8. Take less supper because it will easily get fat.
  9. Nip 15 - 20 times per mouth, so that easily digestion.
  10. Sit up straight while you eating.
  11. From wood chopstick change to iron chopstick.
  12. Drink a glass of water after you finish your meal.
  13. Take some brisk walk after you finish your meal.
  14. Drink water at lest more than 8 of botels per day.
  15. Drink more in the morning, less at night.
  16. Drink a glass of juice that mix with fruit and vegetable in the morning.
  17. Drink a glass of water after you wake up.
  18. From coffee change to tea.
  19. Drink more japanese green tea.
  20. Exercise often.
  21. Do some jogging in every morning.
  22. If you can't wake up in the early morning, from 5pm until 8pm is a great time for jogging.
  23. Take the stairs more at your house, school or shopping mall.
  24. Do more house chores as your extra exercise.
  25. Keep a distance from your hand phone chargers.
  26. When your phone battery is down until the last grid, do not answer the phone because the radiation is 1000 times.
  27. Answer your call from your hand phone by your left ear.
  28. Don't put your hand phone in your pocket.
  29. Do not use headphone or earphone often.
  30. Rest your ear for 1 hours when you using headphone or earphone in periods of time.
  31. Dont't watch TV and don't use laptop more than 2 hours.
  32. Take some rest for your eye to avoid the radiation from the screen for if you want to continue use laptop.
  33. 10pm is the best time to sleep and 6am is the best time to wake up.
  34. Everybody is necessary to sleep at least 8 to 10 hours.
  35. Do not smoke because smoke will affect your lung.
  36. Do not drink alcohol more than one glass, cup and a can.
  37. Do not take alcohol everyday.
  38. Do not do tattoos on your skins.
  39. Take medicine with warm water.
  40. Do not simply take medicine except you had consult the doctor's permission to do so.
  41. Avoid Panadol - is a brand of medicine.
  42. Do not lie down immediately after you taking medicine before you sleep.
  43. Blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes should be control.
  44. Go for medical check-ups regularly.
  45. Healthy weight should be balance.
  46. Get fresh air for yourself.
  47. Plan your work or study schedule and practice yoga, meditation and deep-breathing to avoid tension.
  48. Take some nap when you are working but not more than 2 hours.
  49. Laugh more and smile more.

How to improve your English Skill?

English is the global language around the world. Why I say so? It is because everyone is speaking in English especially in business. If you want to make good impression on job and your friends, read on with your cooperation to make your English improve.

1. To improve your language, you need to watch English movies in television and listen English radio station. Besides that, you also can watch some English video via internet if you have internet.

2. To improve the vocabulary is to read newspaper, magazine, story books, literature and so on. The more you read, the more you learn new words too. Apart from that, make it as a habit to use dictionary to find the words that you don't know. After you find it, write the words, the definition, and the example of the sentence in your small notebook. So that it will remind you. Furthermore, play some words game to remember the words and the meaning for example, question this meaning as a words : sequence of scenes and feelings occurring in the mind during sleep ----- DREAM. Make flash cards of the words and use them regularly.

Improve your pronunciation skills should buy some CD that will teach you to pronoun the word by phonetic alphabet and also have some vocal exercises that ask you to repeating the words after hearing it. Besides that, you also can sing along with your favorite English song and speak English with your friends to practice your pronunciation. In addition, you should able to attend an English communication class that near by your house area or school class. Don't be hesitate to speak out, because the teacher or the English speaker will guide you. Try to talk more and pay more attention.

4. To improve your writing skill, you can online to write through email, messenger, or use of a forum and blogger. Not only that, you also can use your hand phone to type message in proper English to practice your writing skill. Internet research also can help you too. HOW? Just search "tips of writing skill". Then it will teach you step by step. Moreover, you can find your friends that good in English to teach you if you lack of network connection.

5. Do more exercises to practice your grammar like verbs, nouns, pronouns, adjectives, preposition, conjunction, types of tenses, and so on. In addition, you also can buy an English grammar book with the mind map's to understand how to use those grammars. Besides that, you also can search through online to find some test paper to do or buy some book that arrange by test to test yourself whether got how many marks. The highest you get, the improvement you got and also need to higher than latest test paper.
